Von Hullak Rannow wurde nun das Ober- und Dachgeschoss umgestaltet. Eine neue Treppe in Faltwerkoptik wurde über drei Geschosse eingebaut. Die Räume in den zwei oberen Geschossen wurden komplett neu gestaltet. Die Möbel dafür wurden vom Schreiner angefertigt. Im Atelier (Dachgeschoss) wurden die bestehenden Stahlträger freigelegt.
