Durch die Neubebauung der freien Grundstücke dort, konnte die Straßenführung neu organisiert werden. Die Gutenbergstraße ist nun zur Durchgangsstraße geworden. Drei Mehrfamilienhäuser und ein Einfamilienhaus sind entstanden. 2019 werden zusätzlich noch zwei Einfamilienhäuser fertiggestellt werden. Die Mehrfamilienhäuser 1 und 2 haben beide einen Aufzug und beinhalten jeweils sechs Wohnungen. Mehrere Garagen, ein großer Carport und Stellplätze sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Die Gebäude sind als Effizienzhaus 70 A+ nach EnEV 2014 ausgeführt. Geheizt wird mit einer Luftwärmepumpe. Jede Wohneinheit verfügt über eine eigene Lüftungsanlage mit Wärmerückgewinnung. Die Häuser wurden für die Schiedel Wohnbau GmbH geplant.
