Hullak Rannow Architekten hat gemeinsam mit der Ed. Züblin AG am europaweiten Wettbewerb um den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für serielles Bauen teilgenommen. Schließlich erhielt die Arge Ed. Züblin AG/Hullak Rannow Architekten am Ende des Verfahrens den Zuschlag und wird nun in die GdW Rahmenvereinbarung mit eingebunden. Der Wettbewerb wurde im Sommer 2017 vom damaligen Bundesbauministerium (BMUB) und dem Spitzenverband der Wohnungswirtschaft GdW gemeinsam mit der Bundesarchitektenkammer und der Bauindustrie unter der Federführung der GdW ausgeschrieben. Dabei ist das Prinzip OPTIMUS entstanden. Das optimale Konzept für jeden und alles: Standort, Nutzung, Budget und Zeitplan- sympathisch innovativ. Anhand eines Gebäudes mit 24 Wohneinheiten wurde das Konzept beispielhaft umgesetzt.
