Auf die im Grundriss sonst räumlich prägenden Nischen wurden hier aus Kostengründen verzichtet. Das Gebäude ist komplett verputzt und hat ein Satteldach erhalten.
Es wurde von Hullak Rannow bis zum Bauantrag samt Leitdetails geplant und von der Gapp Bau UG & CO. KG schlüsselfertig für die Kreisbaugesellschaft mbH Alb-Donau erstellt.
