Das Gebäude befindet sich an einer markanten Stelle auf dem Erbacher Schlossberg. Ursprünglich befand sich auf dem Grundstück ein alter Hof. Dieser wurde abgerissen und dafür ein Ein- und ein Mehrfamilienhaus neugebaut. Das Mehrfamilienhaus beinhaltet 12 Wohneinheiten, inklusive dazugehörigem Stellplatz im Untergeschoss des Gebäudes. Alle Wohnungen sind durch den eingebauten Aufzug barrierefrei zu erreichen. Das Gebäude ist mit dem Energiestandard KfW 55 ausgeführt. Geheizt wird mit einer Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe. Zusätzlich gibt es eine dezentrale Lüftungsanlage.
