Es war geplant, einen Anbau im Westen des Gebäudes zu erstellen. Vorgesehen war eine Nutzung mit Gastronomie, Bürgersaal und Trauzimmer (kleiner Saal). Das Bestandsgebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz. Es hat vier Etagen (Unter-, Erd-, Ober- und Dachgeschoss). Der Anbau im Westen wurde mit drei Etagen (Unter-, Erd- und Obergeschoss) geplant. Das Dach des Bestandsgebäudes sollte originalgetreu in Absprache mit dem Denkmalamt wiederhergestellt werden. Der Anbau sollte in Stahlbauweise erstellt, mit einer Fassade als Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion. Die Bestandsfassade sollte entsprechend den Anforderungen des Denkmalamtes wieder hergestellt werden.
Leider konnte dieses Projekt zusammen mit unserem Büro so nicht verwirklicht werden. Der aktuelle Planungsstand seitens der Stadt Schwabmünchen hierzu ist uns nicht bekannt.
