Der Komplex ist nun 2021 fertiggestellt. Bereits im April sind die ersten Mieter eingezogen und die Kita ist seit September in Betrieb. Der Neubau besteht aus zwei mehrgeschossigen Baukörpern, die auf einem Sockelgeschoss stehen. Im Sockel ist die neue Kita integriert, die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage sowie der Eingangsbereich zu den Wohnungen. Im nördlichen Baukörper befinden sich 9 Wohneinheiten, im südlichen finden 15 Wohneinheiten Platz.
