Dafür wurde das von Hullak Rannow entwickelte modulare Grundkonzept „F3 – 3- fach flexibel“ zur Planung verwendet. Es sollten zwei im Wesentlichen ähnliche Gebäude erstellt werden. Hullak Rannow hat für diese Bauaufgabe den Entwurf, den Bauantrag sowie die GU-Ausschreibung gemacht.
