Konzept: Entsprechend der Bebauung in Wiblingen wird vorgeschlagen, die städtebauliche Kontur des Ortseingangs an dieser Stelle fort zu führen. Die Bebauung folgt dem Straßenverlauf, gliedert sich jedoch in zunächst drei verschiedene Baukörper und nimmt die Höhen der Umgebung auf. Die Verbindungen zwischen den Häusern sind luftig aus Glas und beinhalten Treppenhäuser, Aufzüge und die allgemeinen Kommmunikationszonen, in denen man sich trifft, verweilt oder einfach nur den Blick auf das nahe gelegene Kloster Wiblingen genießt. Die Gartennutzung erschließt sich allen Bewohnern über diese Verbindungen einerseits und steht den jeweiligen Nutzungen im EG andererseits zur Verfügung. In einem weiteren Bauabschnitt könnte die Bebauung mit einem zusätzlichen rückwärtigen Wohnhaus ergänzt werden. Das mittlere Gebäude soll erdgeschossig einen multifunktionalen Gemeinschaftsraum enthalten. Hier können Vorträge, Versammlungen, Feiern einerseits und Gesundheits-/Fitnessangebote o.ä. andererseits stattfinden. Ein Kaminzimmer das zu abendlichen Beisammensein, Karten spielen oder einfach nur zu besinnlichen Stunden mit einem Glas Rotwein am Kamin einlädt, ist vorgesehen .Das südliche Gebäude könnte mit einem Laden oder Café genutzt werden, im westlichen Gebäude ist eine Praxis denkbar.
