Für die winkler Unternehmensgruppe wurde eine neue Halle samt Bürogebäude geplant und ausgeführt. Maßgebend für den Erweiterungsbau war der Wunsch nach einer Planung, die die Fahrwege (Gabelstapler, Lastwagen) und die internen Fußwege aufeinander abstimmt und optimiert. Der neue Winkler-Verkaufsshop sowie die Büroräume der Rifag Logistic GmbH sollten als Kernstück der Erweiterung bestmöglich integriert werden. Der Shop liegt nun für alle Kunden sofort sichtbar an der Zufahrt des Grundstücks. Die neuen Gebäude sind Energie optimiert und haben ein modernes Erscheinungsbild erhalten.
