Daher lag es nahe, hier ein Studentenwohnheim mit 16 Apartments zu errichten. Die baufällige Bestandsbebauung (Einfamilienhaus + Nebengebäude) wurde abgerissen. Die Konzeptidee ist ein Winkelgebäude, das sich nach Norden und Osten zur Straße hin eher geschlossen zeigt und sich nach Süden und Westen hin öffnet. Hier entstand eine Art Innenhof. Dachterrassen laden zum Verweilen ein und dienen als Kommunikationszone. Das Gebäude ist viergeschossig mit Flachdach. Das oberste Geschoss springt in Richtung Süden zurück und bildet ein Staffelgeschoss. Der Topografie folgend, befindet sich die Einfahrt am südlichen Grundstücksende. Der fußläufige Eingang befindet sich am nörd¬lichen Grundstücksende. Somit erschließt man die Apartments im Erdgeschoss direkt. Erdgeschoss und erstes Obergeschoss sind identisch und nehmen jeweils sechs Wohneinheiten auf. Das zweite Obergeschoss ist als Staffelgeschoss mit vier Wohneinheiten ausgebildet. In der Summe sind so 16 Studentenapartments entstanden. Die hochwertigen Apartments sind mit einem Einbauschrank, einer Küchenzeile und einem Bett ausgestattet. Das Gebäude ist in Massivbauweise mit einer Lochfassade errichtet worden. Das Unter- und Staffelgeschoss wurden mittels verschiedener Putzstrukturen von den anderen Geschossen optisch getrennt.
